Iain Finnegan of agent Finnegan Menton is seeking offers in excess of €2 million for a well positioned residential site on the corner of Blackhorse Avenue and Villa Park Road, opposite the gates of the Phoenix Park in Dublin 8.
The site has the potential to be used for either a development of townhouses or apartments (or a mix of both) where one of its closest neighbours will be Aras an Uachtarain. A feasibility study by Reid Architecture & Design has shown a number of options for the next owner, including a development of 15 townhouses or 32 apartments.
